Don’t get me wrong, I love to get all dressed up – makeup and hair did, heels, sticky boobs, extensions – but most of the time I just like to be “comfy cute”. I buy clothes with the excuse “this is the perfect outfit to lounge around in”.
I love wearing baggy, loose fitted tops, hair up in a high bun and throw on a scarf and somehow make it all work. I call it “the cozy cute look”. You know, where you are trying to look like you didn’t try? Every once in a while, I just feel like my hair needs to breath from all the heat products and chemicals and my feet need to rest from the 5″ stilettos they were in all week.
So go ahead, I give you full permission to give your hair and feet a break this weekend – well maybe not tomorrow, come on who doesn’t wanna look cute (and maybe not so cozy) on Cinco de Mayo?!
